I must assume therefore that you are misreading the code printed on the side of the Gateway. It is case sensistive. Try alternate versions (zero vs oh, one vs l) if unsure. Even the install technician tried to login and changed the router 3 times before he gave up. Then ATT mailed me another router. Can not login to make it pass through, can not login to Firewall or Gamin settings. Device Access code does not work on any of them. You need your IMEI.
