I need to have internet only at both my homes. i have direct tv and phone and internet now at my present address but need to add u-verse to a new address internet and home phone and keep my services at at my other address on. You would first need to check and make sure internet services are available at the second address. If those services are available you will have to create a separate account, as you can not receive services at 2 different addresses under one account. So yes, the IP you see from whatsmyip.org is dynamic. Even though your IP address is dynamically assigned, there is a good chance your IP address won’t change. I have no idea what ATTCares was talking about. Of course I could reply back to them that the range is 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255 but that's a little pathological.
