As a buyer, after being outbid, I would typically start shopping around for similar items if I know I can't afford to raise my bid on that item in hopes of finding a better deal elsewhere (on eBay and other places). However, this phenomenon has been happening to me lately where ...I have multiple items up right now on a 7 day auction that ends in 2 days. Starting on day 1 I started receiving bids on items. I had 4-5 bidders retracting thier bids daily claiming they entered the wrong amount.
