Here's my case info: I relocated to the USA to study my masters on F1 visa in September 2020 and got married to my long-time girlfriend in March 2021, who was on Green Card at that time. I filed my I-130 in April 2021 and got that approved on 11 June 2021. I filed my -485, I-765 and |-131 in July 2021.Basically your case depends on your petition I-130, usual processing time is 3-5 months. Once the I-130 is approved you will receive your "Notice of Action" and it will have a "Priority Date" If you filed your I-130 petition as an American Citizen and your beneficiary is an immediate family member IE: Spouse, Relative, child your proprity date will be the date you filed.I485 transferred from TSC to NBC, MO.
